1. When will my order be delivered?

Once your order is placed, the expected timelines are:

  • Dispatch: Within 2–4 working days
  • Delivery: Within 7–10 working days after dispatch
  • Bulk Orders: Approximately 15–45 days

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform you via email.

2. My payment failed, but the money was deducted. What should I do?
  • Please first check your bank or card statement to confirm the deduction.
  • If the amount has been deducted despite the order failure, kindly contact your bank for clarification.
  • You may also email us at ekanbha2024@gmail.com, and our team will assist you.
3. How and when can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

To cancel, please email your Order ID and order details to ekanbha2024@gmail.com.

4. I entered the wrong shipping or billing address. What should I do?
  • Before dispatch: We can update the address. Please email us the correct address along with your Order ID.
  • After dispatch: You will need to bear the return and re-shipping charges.
5. How do I choose the correct bag size?

Please refer to the size chart provided in each product description for accurate measurements before placing your order.

6. What is your return or exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement.

  • All products are handcrafted with care by artisans with disabilities from the North East of India.
  • We provide clear images from multiple angles to help you understand the size and design.
  • Fabric close-ups are shown so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
  • Every product undergoes a quality check before shipping.

  • Always check the size chart before placing an order.
  • Carefully review your order confirmation email.
  • Any changes (wrong size, design, or product) can usually be made only within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Products purchased during discounts or offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.
8. I ordered the wrong size. What can I do?

Please ensure you carefully review the size chart before ordering. We cannot offer a return or refund if:

  • The wrong size was ordered
  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged

If you receive the wrong product, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at ekanbha2024@gmail.com, and we will assist you. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

10. Will the product look exactly like the website images?

We make every effort to match the product with the images shown on our website.

However, slight variations in color, print placement, or size may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.
